1. Tour Itinerary

Day 01 Chengdu - Leshan - Mt. Emei (Lunch)
Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel at 08:00. Depart from Chengdu at 08:00 AM to Leshan. Upon arrival in Leshan, visit the world largest sitting Buddha - Leshan Giant Buddha. Be transferred to the Mount Emei in the afternoon.

Leshan Grand Buddha: Located in Leshan City of Sichuan Province, the Grand Buddha of Leshan the biggest carved stone Buddha in China. The Buddha is 71 meters tall, with 28-meters wide shoulders, 14.7-meters high head and 1.6-meters long toenails. It is taller by 17 meters than the standing Buddha in Afghanistan, the "so-called" tallest Buddha in the world.
Mt. Emeishan: It is one of the four sacred Buddhist Mountains in China. On the mountain there are many sites of ancient Buddhist activities. Ever since the introduction of Buddhism into China in the 1st century AD, Buddhist buildings have been built on the mountain. There are more than one hundred temples and monasteries.
Day 02 Mt. Emei - Chengdu (Breakfast, Lunch)
Visit Wannian Temple and walk to Qinyinge. Drive back to Chengdu in the afternoon.

Wannian Temple: Within the Beamless Hall of the Ten-Thousand-Year Temple, a hall with outstanding architectural features, towers a bronze status of Samantabhadra. Cast in 980 in the Song Dynasty, it is 7.85 meters high, weight 62 tons and is one of the important cultural relics of China. The Temple of Serving the Country is the site of important Buddhist activities.
